I was pretty specific in the type of apartment I was looking for, in addition to being very tight on time, and they gave me plenty of options to choose from in a matter of just a few hours. They then coordinated quickly and professionally with the landlord so as to get me signed and moved within 24 hours. Before leaving BA you must treat yourself to the buffet lunch at the Alvear Palace Hotel . Not that expensive and over the top with service . World class service . Speaking of service, John and Clara Boyle from MY SPACE BA could not have been more helpful . On day two I got confused with adjusting the AC with the remote . One phone call to John and he was over in a heartbeat and explained it to me again . On the last day I carelessly forgot to pack a rather pricey leather bag I bought for a friend . One email to John, he went back to the apartment, retrieved the bag , packed it and shipped it . I shall be forever thankful . It was a pleasure doing business with them . |

We rented an apartment from My Space BA and I highly suggest all future travelers use this site. At first we were a little nervous about sending the deposit via Western Union and having to pay cash on our arrival (being used to ATM, we felt uneasy traveling with so much cash). However in the end it worked out beautifully. The apartment was everything that was advertised. It had every possible utensil needed. There were multiple sheets, pillows, and blankets. Enough for us to change the sheets multiple times during our stay. There was also a blow dryer. The location was amazing AND it was one of the cheapest apartments available we could find (we saved quite a small bundle by using this site). The staff (Clara and husband) were friendly and professional. They met us at the required times both during the check in and checking out process. During our stay we had a couple of questions and they returned our class immediately. So in the end two thumbs up and kudos to My Space BA. |
